All orders are shipped via air cargo, freight collect, unless otherwise specified.

All orders must be prepaid by cashiers check or postal money order. Any payment made by personal check must be pre-arranged and the fishes will be shipped after the check clears.

Live delivery guaranteed on all air cargo shipments, but mishandling or delay by the carrier must be taken up with them. All orders must be picked up at your airport within 4 hours of arrival, and notification of DOAs must be made immediately via email or telephone to make the guarantee valid.

Minimum Order is $100.00.

Fish are held for 7 days awaiting payment. All orders not paid for within that time period go back into stock.
